POINT OF SALE COORDINATOR - M/F

Description:

The Marketing and Sales department is looking for a Point of Sale Coordinator for a full-time replacement CDD.

MAIN MISSIONS:

Under the responsibility of your management, you are the guarantor of the smooth operation and daily organization of the point of sale, within a team of 5 to 15 hostesses.

In this capacity, your main missions will be to:

• Ensure the daily organization of the point of sale on HUMAN levels (staffing, schedules, crowd management) and TECHNICAL levels (cash registers, automated machines).
• Act as a true MANAGERIAL RELAY between the sales management team and the hostess team.
• Welcome and assist customers in compliance with the methods and standards defined by the company.
• Handle customer complaints and manage conflict situations with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with CHECKOUT PROCEDURES.
• Identify any malfunctions and propose, then participate in the implementation of, CORRECTIVE ACTIONS and improvements for the point of sale.

You are a SMILING, DYNAMIC, REACTIVE, AND ORGANIZED person, endowed with a good sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ideally, we are looking for a person:

• Having a first experience in management.
• Having experience in the sales field with mastery of OPEN RESORT software and sales AUTOMATED MACHINES.
• Comfortable with IT tools, notably Teams, Excel, and the Internet.
• MASTERING ENGLISH (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. Mastery of a second language would be a plus.
• Demonstrating RIGOR, AUTONOMY, AND TEAM SPIRIT.
• Capable of adapting to a dynamic environment and variable attendance.
• Demonstrating FLEXIBILITY IN WORKING HOURS.
