System Administrator

Provide operational administration, monitoring, governance, and support of IT systems, Microsoft 365 environments, Azure services, vendor managed Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) services. Provide Level-2 support for internal and external service requests and issue resolutions. Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT asset, digital IDs and software licenses. Analyse and report operational trends and insights. Perform product evaluation and market research. Lead or support Business or Technology-led projects.
