Expertise & Design: -Design the architecture of Workspace/MyApps portals, -maintain the technical roadmap, guarantee performance and resilience. Industrialization & Operations: Drive monitoring, automation and N3 support. Security & Governance: Ensure compliance and participate in audits. Collaboration & Leadership: Work with the Product Owner, network teams, cybersecurity and DSI.

Expert in application access solutions (F5 BIG-IP, Palo Alto, Microsoft Entra ID, MyApps) with technical leadership. 10 years minimum in architecture and management of application access portals, with experience in driving technical teams and cross-functional collaboration. Technical: F5 BIG-IP (APM, LTM, iRules), Microsoft Entra ID (SAML, OAuth2, MFA), MyApps, Palo Alto/Zscaler (Secure Browser), Zero Trust, vulnerability management (CVE), automation (scripts). Cybersecurity: Access security, TLS compliance, certificate management. Soft Skills: Leadership, pedagogy, technical/non-technical communication, fluent English. Methodologies: Agile (Epics/Features), ITIL (Change/Problem Management), FinOps.
