As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Tech Lead Java/angular. You will join an ALTEN team dedicated to application software development in the aeronautical industry. You will contribute to critical technological projects, where quality, reliability, and innovation are at the heart of the challenges. A demanding but exciting environment, where every line of code has a concrete impact on cutting-edge industrial solutions.

Project Context You will work on strategic business applications related to fleet management, logistics, or embedded systems, in an environment where security and reliability are paramount. A specific security clearance will be required to access the projects. Development processes are governed by strict standards specific to sensitive sectors.

Main Missions As a Tech Lead Java/ angular, you will be responsible for: Leading the technical analysis of needs and application evolutions in a demanding industrial context. Developing and maintaining critical applications in Java/angular, with a focus on stability and performance. Guaranteeing code quality via code reviews and the validation of merge requests. Training and supporting new team members (mentoring, sharing best practices). Ensuring active technological monitoring to propose continuous improvements. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, quality, security) within an international and secure framework (English is a plus).

Your Profile Education: Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Java/angular development, with a sensitivity to security and confidentiality issues. Technical Skills: Mastery of JAVA frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and Angular. Experience in application maintenance and Agile/DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of security best practices (a plus).

Personal Qualities: Rigor and discretion: Ability to work in an environment subject to strict rules. Leadership and sense of commitment.

Languages: Professional mastery of English (written and oral). Security Clearance: Acceptance to follow the necessary steps to obtain the required clearance.
