To strengthen its Digital pole, the ALTEN group is recruiting a Scrum Master where you will work on strategic projects with high technical stakes.

Main Missions Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and prioritize needs Establish and maintain a clear vision of the product to be developed Organize and lead Scrum meetings, notably the planning meeting, the sprint review, and the retrospective Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, answer questions, and resolve issues during the sprint Encourage and support team autonomy Participate in sprint planning with the development team to define sprint goals Select backlog items to be included in the sprint Identify obstacles hindering the team's progress and work to resolve them Provide support for conflict resolution and decision-making Encourage the team to reflect on its processes and propose improvements Implement changes to increase the efficiency and quality of the team's work Provide Agile coaching to team members, the Product Owner, and other stakeholders

Education/ Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

Technical Skills Mastery of agile project management tools such as Jira In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Familiarity with software development environments (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD)

Personal Qualities Rigor and organizational skills to structure and follow agile processes Team spirit and excellent communication skills to unite stakeholders Professional mastery of English (written and oral)
