Your tasks
We are looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to support a client in the management, optimization, and evolution of their Salesforce solutions (Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud). This position is part of a long-term collaboration, with a start date as soon as possible.
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and scoping meetings to clarify expectations and requirements.
- Serve as an interface between business teams and technical teams (development, integration, etc.).
- Write and maintain functional requirements, user stories, and associated documentation.
- Coordinate delivery, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with Agile teams.
- Drive the continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions and ensure their alignment with business needs.
- Ensure backlog management and prioritization of features.
- Participate in the product roadmap and release planning.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) with 5 years of experience and more
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies (experience as a PO or in an Agile environment).
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English (indispensable for exchanges with international teams).
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and prioritize business needs.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative to successfully lead projects.
- Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud (configuration, customization, best practices).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (a plus for structured IT environments).
Mastery of Jira and Confluence tools for project management and documentation.
