Product Owner IT - Aeronautics (M/F)

As part of the management of high-stakes digital projects, ALTEN is strengthening its product management activities in the Toulouse region.
To reinforce its Digital hub, the ALTEN group is recruiting a Product Owner Engineer.
Main Missions Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs Build and maintain the product vision Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog Write user stories and acceptance criteria Facilitate agile rituals (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) Work in close collaboration with development teams and architects Guarantee the business value delivered at each iteration Monitor product performance indicators and propose areas for improvement Participate in scoping phases and functional arbitration
Functional & Technical Environment Domains: Aeronautics Methodology: Agile / Scrum, SAFe Tools: Jira, Confluence, backlog management tools Interaction: Business units, IT teams, architects, UX/UI IS Context: complex and multi-application environments
Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, or project management More than 4 years of experience on digital projects Professional proficiency in English (written and oral indispensable) Confirmed experience as a Product Owner Very good understanding of retail business challenges Ability to prioritize in complex contexts Strong orientation towards value and user satisfaction Excellent interpersonal skills and communication sense Ability to challenge business needs Autonomy, rigor, and synthesis skills
