Main Missions Specify and design system solutions and architectures, by leading co-engineering
Ensure the technical interface with different departments and assist the system engineering manager
Produce and manage engineering deliverables, ensure the synthesis of technical progress.
Provide IVVQ (validation, verification, qualification) support and capitalize on product knowledge
Define and manage the project development strategy
Guarantee the achievement of technical, cost, deadline, and performance objectives
Ensure the application of the defined development process and manage risk management
Training / Experience Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent), with a specialization in systems engineering or mechanics
Knowledge in the field of pyrotechnics
A successful first experience (approximately 3 years) in the development of complex systems, ideally in weaponry, aeronautics, or high-technology industry
Technical Skills Management of system lots/projects
Mastery of the Doors or Polarion tool
Monitoring of system or subsystem tests and qualifications
Transversal management in co-engineering
Personal Qualities Autonomy, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills Good written and oral communication Languages and mobility Professional proficiency in English (Read, write, and speak)
