- develop software for ST7/ST8 systems and work on bugfixing, feature extensions, and highspeed functionalities
- analyze errors from internal tests and customer feedback and ensure timely, sustainable rectification
- work on hardware platforms
- develop digital basic functions such as Drive/Receive, Timing, Waveforms, and Power-Management
- implement highspeed features such as TMU, Loopback, Jitter, CDR, or Equalization
- support hardware turn-on and integrate new components such as ADC, DAC, or AWG
- implement DC and analog functions including measurement and testing procedures
- further develop protocol interfaces and optimize existing interfaces
- provide technically sound advice to internal and external stakeholders and support analysis, integration, and finding solutions
Requirements
YOU…
- have sound experience in C/C++ and in low-level software development
- bring knowledge in circuit development as well as digital/analog measurement procedures
- understand highspeed features and timing-critical functions
- work in a structured and analytical manner and quickly find your way in complex technical environments
- communicate confidently — German desired, English very good
- are a team player with a solution-oriented way of working and enjoy hardware-oriented development
- ideally bring experience in test systems, ATE environments, or highspeed interfaces
