To strengthen its Cloud and AI hub, the Information Systems Department of the ALTEN group is recruiting a DevOps Engineer / Tech Lead specialized in Cloud environments (GCP or Azure) and equipped with knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, under the responsibility of the Cloud Technical Director. 🔹 Main Missions Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Cloud infrastructures (GCP or Azure) in collaboration with technical and business teams. Automate CI/CD processes (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) to accelerate development and deployment cycles. Guarantee the security, scalability, and performance of Cloud environments, by applying DevOps and FinOps best practices. Contribute to the integration of AI solutions (Machine Learning, LLM, RAG, etc.) into DevOps pipelines to optimize workflows and services. Provide technical leadership to DevOps and Cloud teams, acting as a reference on architectures and tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, etc.). Ensure infrastructure compliance with security standards, particularly in a Secret Défense context. Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI teams to industrialize models and deploy them into production. 🛠 Technical Skills Cloud: GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or Azure (certifications appreciated). DevOps: CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS), Helm, Docker. AI/ML: Knowledge in deploying AI models (LLM, RAG, MLOps). Security: Cloud security best practices, identity management (IAM), encryption, GDPR/Secret Défense compliance.
📚 Education / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field. Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud (GCP or Azure), and critical infrastructure administration. Proven experience in Cloud security and project management under Secret Défense constraints (clearance required). 🌟 Personal Qualities Technical Leadership: Ability to guide teams and make architectural decisions. Innovation: Active technological monitoring of Cloud and AI evolutions. 🌍 Languages and Mobility Professional proficiency in English (written and oral) – indispensable for technical exchanges and documentation. Mobility: Position based in Île-de-France (CDI). Occasional travel possible depending on project needs.
