VHDL Development Engineer (M/F)

ALTEN, an expert in engineering consulting, is recruiting a VHDL Engineer for an exciting mission in the aeronautics, space, and defense sectors. You will be responsible for the complete design of VHDL designs, from specification to validation, in a demanding and standardized environment.

Your missions Lead the complete VHDL development cycle: from writing technical specifications to final validation, for avionics applications. Define the technical architecture of VHDL designs based on project needs. Develop validation and simulation plans to guarantee the reliability of solutions. Develop VHDL code and ensure its integration into electronic boards. Write the associated technical documentation (specifications, validation reports, test procedures). Perform validation tests and analyze results to ensure compliance with requirements.

Your skills Master's degree (Bac+5) in digital electronics (engineering school or university). Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in VHDL development. Mastery of FPGA technologies (Intel/Altera, Xilinx/AMD, Microchip). Excellent knowledge of the VHDL language and associated tools (VERILOG/SYSTEMVERILOG). Knowledge of tools: Confluence, JIRA, SI AGS, ALDEC. Intermediate English level (technical documentation, exchanges with teams). Skills in signal processing (additional asset).
