Your tasks

As part of the technological and innovation partnership between Alten and a major player in motorsport, in Île-de-France (91), we are looking for a reliability engineer / parts analyst in charge of the examination and reliability analysis of Power Unit components and systems (Motorsport and Production), as well as the management and proper handling of incidents under their responsibility.

Main Missions

• Monitor the assembly, disassembly, and testing of engines, components, and sub-assemblies within their scope
• Perform component examinations and detect weak failure signals
• Recommend usage limitations for parts within their scope
• Analyze and process failures with the impacted business units and ensure their capitalization (reliability database, reports, summaries)
• Manage the physical and digital flows of parts
• Contribute to the development of tools, methods, and reliability business rules
• Occasional travel possible

Requirements

_Education / Experience_

• You are a technician or a generalist engineer with a focus on mechanics and/or electro-mechanics.
• Initial experience in the field of testing or design is preferred.
• You understand the operation of internal combustion engines, turbomachinery, electric motors, and batteries.
• You are familiar with SAP, JIRA, CATANA, ATLAS, Excel, and MATLAB software.
• You are able to communicate in English with suppliers and partners.

• Rigorous and possessing good synthesis skills, you work effectively in a team and know how to operate in a transversal management environment.
