Your tasks

To strengthen its Infrastructure and Systems division, the Technologies and Digital Solutions Department of the ALTEN group is recruiting a Windows Expert, under the responsibility of the Infrastructure Technical Manager. ALTEN, a leader in engineering and technology consulting, supports its clients in digital transformation and the optimization of their IT environments.

Main Missions

  • Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Windows environments (Servers, workstations, Active Directory).
  • Optimize the performance and security of Windows infrastructures in collaboration with DevOps and cybersecurity teams.
  • Intervene as a technical expert to resolve complex incidents and guarantee service availability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Windows architectures (migrations, hybrid cloud, automation via PowerShell/Ansible).
  • Train and advise internal teams and clients on best practices and new Microsoft technologies.
  • Ensure technological monitoring and propose innovative solutions to meet business challenges.

Requirements

Education / Experience

  • Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience

Technical Skills

  • Windows Server Infrastructure: Mastery of versions 2019 to 2025, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, GPO, Printing and DFS.
  • Management and Deployment: MCM (packaging, patching, OSD), MDT, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Security and Virtualization: VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Symantec / Microsoft Defender.

Languages and Mobility
