Your tasks

To strengthen its Information Systems division, the Technologies and Innovation Department of the ALTEN group is recruiting, for one of its public sector clients, an experienced PHP Developer, specialized in the maintenance and evolution of critical applications, under the responsibility of the Technical Manager.

Main Missions

  • Take over and evolve an existing application scope related to security and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and optimize functionalities while respecting security standards (RGPD, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Analyze business needs and translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the compliance and robustness of applications.
  • Document developments and technical choices to facilitate maintenance and audits.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • PHP (Symfony, Laravel)
  • Knowledge of application security best practices (OWASP, access management, encryption)
  • Mastery of code management tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub)
  • Technical documentation (Markdown, UML)

Personal Qualities

  • Rigor and analytical skills
  • Autonomy and ability to work in a team
  • Synthesis skills to simplify technical issues

Education / Experience

  • Graduate of an engineering school in Computer Science or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in the same field.
  • Eligible for or holding security clearance (e.g., defense security clearance, RGPD, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP development, with experience in maintaining critical applications.

Languages and Mobility

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Occasional travel within France is to be expected.
