To strengthen its Technology hub, the Innovation Department of the ALTEN group is recruiting an Android Developer (M/F) specialized in mobile application development, reporting to the Mobile Technical Manager. Main missions: Design and develop high-performance, intuitive Android applications that comply with market best practices, in collaboration with product and design teams.

Participate in the analysis of functional and technical requirements, and propose suitable solutions to guarantee an optimal user experience.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications by optimizing code, fixing bugs, and integrating new features.

Participate in technological monitoring to identify and implement the latest innovations (Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, modern architectures, etc.).

Ensure the maintenance and deployment of applications on the Google Play Store, respecting security and performance standards.

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless synchronization between services.

Guarantee code quality via unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews (Git, CI/CD).

Education / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5)

Minimum 4 years of experience (excluding apprenticeship)

Technical skills Mastery of Android Studio, Android SDKs, MVVM/MVI architectures, and tools such as Git, Firebase, or Retrofit. Personal qualities Autonomy, team spirit, and the ability to work in Agile methodology. Languages and mobility Professional proficiency in English
