Job Description

Reporting operationally to the Series Life Cost Manager (RCS) and functionally to the Project Economics team, the Cost Controller provides economic assistance for the Series Life perimeter to which they are assigned.

Main Missions:

  • Identify and monitor all industrial investment expenditures (MAKE/BUY).
  • Ensure the construction and updating of forecasts, budgets, and economic reporting (PMT, monthly actuals, budget summaries).
  • Manage MAKE (in-house) and BUY (vendor tooling) investments in connection with Industrial Business units and Purchasing.
  • Prepare and lead the CFVS financing commissions (weekly) with stakeholders.
  • Analyze, validate, and process investment requests in internal tools (SAP S/4HANA and associated workflows).
  • Maintain economic dashboards and alert in case of budget deviation.
  • Participate in the deployment and improvement of Cost Business processes and tools (feedback, standardization).

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control or Finance, with experience in an industrial environment.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • English minimum B2 level (CEFR) – mandatory.
  • Solid mastery of industrial management control.
  • Knowledge of MAKE/BUY investments and associated financial processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to facilitate, communicate, and lead meetings.
  • Rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
