Your tasks

The Junior UAT Coordinator supports business validation, deployment preparation, and testing activities within Supply Chain transformation programs. The position offers strong exposure to operations, system deployments, and international projects, and constitutes an excellent stepping stone toward roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Supply Chain Transformation Consultant.

The position offers wide exposure to business operations, transformation programs, and system deployments, while developing expertise in business processes and solution validation.

Main Missions 1. UAT Planning and Coordination

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of user acceptance tests.
• Coordinate test cycles with business users, regional representatives, and project teams.
• Monitor test progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Consolidate progress status and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Ensure follow-up on the resolution of identified anomalies.

2. Scenario and Test Preparation

• Contribute to the definition and documentation of business test scenarios.
• Prepare test cases based on business requirements and operational processes.
• Guarantee traceability between requirements, processes, and testing activities.
• Participate in the validation of process evolutions and new functionalities.
• Maintain documentation and test repositories.

3. Anomaly Management

• Consolidate test feedback from business communities.
• Track anomalies, incidents, and improvement requests throughout the test cycles.
• Coordinate exchanges between business users and development teams.
• Contribute to the prioritization and follow-up of critical anomalies.
• Ensure transparency regarding the status of anomaly resolution.

4. Business Readiness and Deployment Support

• Contribute to readiness assessments before deployment.
• Participate in activities preparing for production go-lives.
• Support business teams during go-live and the stabilization phase.
• Contribute to communication and adoption actions for the tested solutions.
• Identify operational risks related to deployments.

5. Reporting and Transformation Support

• Prepare dashboards, test reports, and summaries.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and progress updates for management.
• Contribute to governance bodies and project monitoring.
• Track actions, dependencies, and risks impacting deployment readiness.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or a test management tool is a plus.
• Power BI is a plus.
• English: B2 minimum.

Education and Experience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, engineering, information systems, business, or an equivalent field.
• An internship, apprenticeship, or initial experience in project management, business analysis, operations, or testing is a plus.
• Recent graduate or junior profile: 0 to 2 years of experience.
