Your tasks

As part of this role, your main missions will be the following:

• Analysis of user requests (via a dedicated functional mailbox or any other channel included in the VCO process)

• Creation of the associated JIRA and management of it until resolution

• Direct resolution or redirection to the assigned entity according to the results of the analysis (depending on the case:

1/reminder of process and best practices or 2/direct correction or 3/ reinforced analysis with IT or functional teams by triggering all necessary meetings for fundamental resolution)

• If the subject requires evolutions of a functionality (Logistics Distribution process), work with multi-skilled teams to evolve the tool or the concerned Logistics process

• Writing of test scenarios and execution for the delivery of evolutions

• Maintenance of indicators and processes (if applicable)

• Rituals with business owners or IT teams (ICT)

Requirements

*Experience: Beginner** Supply Chain, Project Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge in Supply Chain / Major principles of automotive distribution

• Support and customer relations

• UAT skills

• Analytical skills

• Pedagogy

• Ability to facilitate, proactive, teamwork

• Synthesis skills

• Reactivity

• English practice (autonomous)

• IT environment

• Advanced Excel including VBA, JIRA, Office environment
