As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Industrial Methods Project Manager to support our ambitions in the aeronautics sector. Within the Technical Direction (DT) and under the responsibility of the Project Director, your mission will be to supervise projects with a commitment to results. You will play an essential role in managing the quality and performance of our projects, integrating innovative tools and methods to meet the demanding standards of the industry. Main Missions Project management and team management Drive projects related to Manufacturing Engineering, from needs analysis to implementation Supervise several Cluster Leaders and ensure the functional management of teams of engineers and consultants Guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives: workload estimation, planning and steering of activities, management and skill development of teams Ensure the management of steering committees with clients and internal technical directions Technical expertise and continuous improvement Analyze project needs and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions Anticipate industrial and operational risks, implement preventive action plans Guarantee compliance with aeronautical standards and regulations Contribute to the improvement of industrialization processes and production methods
Education / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management in the aeronautics sector Technical Skills Analysis, critique, and validation of new 2D/3D Mechanical, Electrical, Cabin definitions (Impact on prod, Quality, cost, deadlines, resources) Definition of methods, industrial processes, and execution times Mastery of risk analyses (PFMEA) Definition of assembly means and tooling Creation and/or modification of assembly or manufacturing sequences as well as bills of materials and associated technical documentation Personal Qualities Leadership Results orientation Organization Languages and mobility Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
