As part of the development of our activities in the aeronautics sector, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager M/F to support the deployment of digital solutions within complex industrial environments. Your missions Within multidisciplinary teams, you will lead digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing business, industrial, and operational processes. In this capacity, you will be responsible for: Leading digital projects from end to end (costs, deadlines, quality, risks); Gathering and analyzing business needs; Identifying opportunities for process improvement through digital tools; Coordinating the various project stakeholders (business, IT, suppliers, technical teams); Ensuring the monitoring of transformation roadmaps; Organizing and facilitating steering committees and workshops; Supporting the deployment of digital solutions to users; Monitoring performance indicators and measuring project benefits; Participating in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Profile sought Graduate of an engineering school or a Master's degree (Bac+5). Experience in project management, digital transformation, or change management. Good understanding of the challenges related to the digitalization of industrial processes. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a complex and international environment. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Professional English is indispensable.
