As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Aircraft Project Manager to support our ambitions in the aerospace sector. Within the Technical Department (DT) and under the responsibility of the Project Director, your mission will be to supervise projects with result-based commitments. You will play an essential role in managing the quality and performance of our projects, integrating innovative tools and methods to meet the demanding standards of the industry. Main Missions Project management and team management Steer projects related to Production Steering, from needs analysis to implementation Supervise several Cluster Leaders and ensure the functional management of teams of engineers and consultants Guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives: workload estimation, planning and steering of activities, management and skill development of teams Ensure the management of steering committees with clients and internal technical departments Technical expertise and continuous improvement Analyze project needs and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions Anticipate industrial and operational risks, implement preventive action plans Guarantee compliance with aerospace standards and regulations

Training / Experience Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management in the aerospace sector Technical Skills Organization of the various interventions of remaining work on aircraft Monitoring of non-conformities, root cause analysis and ability to implement corrective actions Ability to coordinate the various production support activities Monitoring and updating reporting and indicators of production activities Personal Qualities Leadership Results orientation Organization Languages and mobility Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
