IT Functional Project Manager / AMOA (M/F)

As an IT Functional Project Manager / AMOA at ALTEN, you will be the interface between the business teams and the technical teams. Your mission will be to translate business needs into functional specifications, ensure the monitoring of IT solutions, and guarantee their alignment with end-user expectations. Main Missions

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs (specifications, user stories)
• Lead the design and implementation of IT solutions (ERP, CRM, business tools)
• Ensure the link between technical teams (developers, architects) and end users
• Organize and facilitate workshops, functional testing, and user training
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and their alignment with business objectives

Education / Experience

• Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, management, or equivalent
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in functional project management or AMOA, ideally in an IT context

Technical Skills

• Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, V-model)
• Knowledge of modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Doors)
• Experience in the implementation of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle) or CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics)
• Understanding of business challenges (processes, organization, digital transformation)
