Experienced Aeronautics Project Manager (M/F)

Our teams intervene across the entire aircraft life cycle (development, industrialization, series support, modifications) in direct link with aircraft manufacturer and equipment manufacturer environments. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Experienced Project Manager (M/F) to support our ambitions in the Aeronautics sector. Within the Technical Department and under the responsibility of the Project Director, your mission will be to supervise projects with a commitment to results. You will play an essential role in managing the quality and performance of our projects, by integrating innovative tools and methods to meet the demanding standards of the industry.
- Project management and team management
You pilot projects in the aeronautics sector from needs analysis to implementation. You ensure technical coordination and the management of a team of Engineers. You are guarantor of compliance with quality, cost, and deadline (QCD) objectives: workload estimation, planning and steering of activities, management and skill development of teams. You lead technical reviews and progress meetings (internal / client). You are the preferred technical interlocutor on the client side. You contribute to the improvement of methods, tools, and standards. Finally, you ensure the management of steering committees with clients and internal technical departments.
- Technical expertise and continuous improvement
You analyze project needs and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. You anticipate operational risks and ensure the implementation of preventive action plans. You are guarantor of the quality of client deliverables.
- Technical skills
Justification / compliance files (certification support) Knowledge of the Aeronautics sector Mastery of the following software: Google Suits, Pack office
Personal qualities Leadership Result orientation Organization Professional mastery of English Other information You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering. You have at least 4 years of experience in an aeronautical environment.
