Job description:

Integrated into the vehicle NVH activities (wind noise, insulation, audio quality…), the position aims to prepare the data and deliverables necessary for analyses. It provides CAD and PLM support to the NVH teams, in coordination with the CFD team, for the production of deliverables, the analysis of parts and the management of product data.

Key responsibilities

  • CATIA V5/V6 & TeamCenter CAD support for the preparation of NVH deliverables (Check List, Hole File, Opening Section Book, audio checks…).
  • Creation of CAD sections for wind noise and insulation analyses.
  • Support to the CFD team for the preparation of geometries, sections, hypotheses and input data.
  • Contribution to simple NVH analyses (thickness map, audio checks) according to defined methodologies.
  • Interaction with the NVH and validation teams to ensure data consistency.
  • Participation in the RT/RAL process (robustness, swelling), with preparation of weekly presentations.

Required technical skills

  • CATIA V5/V6
  • TeamCenter
  • Basics in PLM
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Professional English (written/oral).
  • Knowledge of A2MAC1 or ANSA is a plus.
  • 1 year of experience in CAD in the automotive industry.
  • Rigor, attention to detail, autonomy.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Motivation to evolve in the NVH field
