Reporting to the manufacturing department, the forging and casting engineer works on the industrialization, optimization, and continuous improvement of forging and casting processes, from the definition of process sheets to production. Main Missions Industrialization & processes Define, optimize, and qualify forging and/or casting processes (steel, aluminum, titanium, superalloys…)

Participate in product design / process design phases (Design for Manufacturing)

Write and validate industrial files (process sheets, parameter sheets, manufacturing instructions)

Manage industrial setup and ramp-up phases

Analyze non-conformities and manage corrective action plans (8D, QRQC, process AMDEC)

Guarantee the compliance of parts with technical, regulatory, and customer requirements

Participate in qualification reviews (FAI, PPAP, DVI…)

Optimize costs, lead times, and scrap related to processes

Act as the technical interlocutor between Design Office, production, quality, and suppliers

Manage or contribute to supplier technical reviews (internal/external)

Support subcontracting and industrial transfer if necessary

Technical Ambassador Activities Train and support young engineers in their skill development

Participate in responses to client calls for tenders (technical input and expert credibility)

Ensure the feedback of strategic customer information to the Sales Manager (RC)

Participate in internal Tech / TED Talks to transmit your knowledge

Participation in internal Specialist seminars (SP1/ SP2)

Ensure the technical influence of the DIN internally and with customers

Training / Experience Engineering degree or Master's degree in materials, manufacturing processes, mechanics, or equivalent
