Located in Montpellier, we are looking for a Software Architect to join the teams of our client, a leader in the Energy sector. You will be responsible for the Software Architecture of the Software System, elements, and software units in accordance with the Software Development Quality Procedure.

Your main missions will be as follows: Contribute to the definition of the software development strategy. Participate in training on concepts and methods (e.g., Modeling). Specify the functional and security requirements of the software system in connection with system requirements and risk analysis. Define and maintain the breakdown of the software system into software elements and units. Define third-party software and ensure control over its integration into the software system. Ensure the technical coordination of detailed design activities. Define and coordinate integration activities to control software version configurations. Establish test conclusions for software release and be proactive regarding product evolutions and modifications. Participate in the monitoring of software documentation and associated traceability, in accordance with the Quality processes in place, guaranteeing control of design, integration, and verification throughout the V-cycle. Respect software standards.

Holder of a Software Engineering Degree or equivalent. Mastery of C/C++ programming is indispensable. UML skills and coding rules (MISRA). Sense of organization. Writing skills. English is imperative. Communication skills to exchange effectively with members of the software team. Mastery of IT tools: GIT, Linux, RTOS and Qt. Autonomy, Versatility, and Rigor on a daily basis. Ability to listen and adapt to an evolving environment.
