Make it happen
YOU…
- take overall responsibility for the end-to-end management of regulatory and market entry projects with a focus on China
- plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities along the market launch (e.g., approval, testing, clinical studies)
- ensure compliance with schedules, budget, and quality requirements
- establish and manage the collaboration between global teams (e.g., Europe) and local teams in China
- identify project risks and are responsible for proactive risk and escalation management
- report regularly to stakeholders at various levels
- ensure the efficient implementation of all measures to close regulatory GAPs
- coordinate external partners such as test laboratories, authorities, and clinical institutions
Be our forward thinker
YOU…
- have completed a degree in engineering, Life Sciences, medical technology, or a comparable field
- bring extensive experience as a Project Manager in highly regulated environments (MedTech and/or Pharma)
- have experience in managing international projects, ideally with a focus on China
- have experience with regulatory projects or international market entries
- bring experience in intercultural collaboration between Europe and China
- possess sound knowledge in project management (classical and ideally agile)
- convince through strong skills in stakeholder management
- are strong in communication and in leading distributed teams
- speak very good English, ideally supplemented by Mandarin skills
