• ideally have 3-5 years of professional experience in machine or tool construction
• have a good technical understanding in the field of mechanical engineering and tool technology
• work confidently with basic IT skills in your daily environment
• communicate at a basic level in English, both spoken and written

• work independently, carefully, and in a team-oriented manner
• show high initiative as well as strong commitment
