Material Planner / Logistics Planner (all gender)

Make it happen YOU...

• are responsible for material planning and ensure timely material supply
• maintain and update master data in the XPPS system and check requirements planning for plausibility
• trigger material orders from suppliers based on defined inventory targets
• manage ramp-ups and ramp-downs during new launches and model changes
• commission, coordinate, and monitor transports and freight forwarding
• keep an eye on delivery dates and clarify deviations directly with suppliers and service providers
• analyze causes of stock shortages and initiate appropriate measures
• support the optimization of transports and freight
• coordinate the handling of supply bottlenecks and work together with the involved partners to ensure fast solutions

Be our forward thinker YOU...

• have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on logistics or planning
• bring initial professional experience in logistics, material planning, or order processing
• ideally know the XPPS system
• work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel
• have good written and spoken English skills
• work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• enjoy rolling up your sleeves and bring a strong hands-on mentality
• are communicative, a team player, and flexible
