Senior Project Manager - Software Integration Agency (M/F)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the development of our Software Integration Agency, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead SaaS solution integration projects. Responsible for one or more fixed-price projects, you are the guarantor of their successful execution, in compliance with the project management processes and methods in force at Alteca, as well as the achievement of objectives and compliance with contractual commitments.
You will manage project performance on a daily basis (deadlines, costs, quality, risks), ensure the client relationship, and contribute to the economic success of the missions. You are a key player in delivery, compliance with contractual commitments, and economic management (costs, margin, risks).
Your missions will be as follows:
- Project Management and Steering
- Lead integration projects (scoping, planning, budget, risks, quality).
- Monitor actuals, consolidate work in progress, project the forecast, and anticipate variances.
- Ensure control of the fixed-price contract: costs / deadlines / quality.
- Lead COPROJ / COPIL meetings and represent Alteca to the client.
- Guarantee the consistency of deliverables and project governance.
- Identify, qualify, and manage risks and associated action plans.
- Participate in pre-sales: estimation, responses to calls for tender, presentations.
- Coordination and Leadership
- Coordinate internal teams (techno-functional consultants, experts) and external teams.
- Unify stakeholders around project objectives.
- Manage the client relationship and handle complex situations.
- Facilitate communication between the client, project teams, and partners.
- Support the skill development of teams and disseminate best practices.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the industrialization of practices: methods, tools, capitalization.
- Optimize economic management and risk management.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of delivery and the structuring of project processes.
- Capitalize on feedback and share lessons learned.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Your profile: With a minimum of a Bac +4/5 degree, you have 7 to 10 years of experience in managing software SaaS integration projects, in fixed-price or managed services models.
You perfectly master:
- Economic management (budget, margin, risks, charges)
- Integration environments: ERP, CRM, SIRH
- Communication with high-level stakeholders
- Professional English
Your personality: Natural leadership, impactful communication, and a sense of responsibility. You know how to structure, analyze, and decide, while operating with rigor in complex environments. You have a strong result orientation and a genuine culture of customer satisfaction.
Valued assets:
- Experience at an integrator or an ESN
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile...)
- Knowledge of ERP environments, finance, or SaaS business solutions
