Business Analyst (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Analyst (M/F), your mission will take place within the Grenoble agency. From your arrival, you will have a mentor who will ensure your integration during your first three months in the company, your skill development, your follow-up meetings throughout your missions, and your Annual Reviews.

You will also have access to a technical community of experts thanks to the numerous Webinars organized throughout the year; you can also participate in our R&D Center projects or attend MID'INNO (presentations by our employees on specific themes such as Green Tech, AI).

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Business Analyst, your missions will be as follows:

• Understand and analyze needs.
• Identify and prioritize the requirements of the various business departments concerned.
• Ensure the link between the business departments and the technical teams.
• Participate in the writing of functional and/or technical specifications.
• Act as a guarantor of integration and code quality.
• Define and execute tests in collaboration with the technical teams.
• Ensure the monitoring of deployment and production release.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile: graduate with a Bac+5 in Informatique (University or Engineering School), you know how to operate in an Agile environment and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Your personality: Analytical and synthesis skills, customer orientation, rigor and method, pedagogy, very good interpersonal skills with an appetite for teamwork.

Required skills: Functional Test & Acceptance, Requirement Specification, Project Management, Agile SCRUM / Kanban

Good level of spoken and written English: all client exchanges and client meetings are conducted in English; it is essential to understand and be understood orally.

Proposed contract type: full time / Job level: confirmed (4-5 years of experience)

The recruitment process:

• Marine from the recruitment team will contact you for an initial telephone exchange, then she will meet you for an interview.
• If this interview is validated, you will then meet Clément, Project Manager, for a technical interview and/or Gwenaëlle, the Agency Manager, for an operational interview.
