Promotional Gadgets Specialist

Are promotional gadgets your world? Great – with us, you will make them something more than just "something with a logo." We are expanding our promotional gadgets department and looking for a person to join our team who will build this part of the business together with us. We are looking for someone who knows the market, enjoys working with clients and suppliers, can manage projects independently, and, importantly, is not afraid to look for unconventional solutions. You will prepare offers perfectly tailored to the client, cooperate with suppliers and manufacturers, manage projects from brief to delivery, and develop relationships that pay off for years.

What will you do? Prepare offers tailored to the client – analyze needs, budget, and brief, and then propose solutions that truly make sense.

Manage projects from A to Z – from the first inquiry and quotation, through product selection, branding, and production, to delivery to the client.

Maintain daily contact with gadget suppliers and manufacturers – look for the best solutions, negotiate terms, and build a database of proven partners.

Maintain good relationships with clients and business partners – we focus on cooperation, not just transactions.

Develop cooperation with existing clients – recognize new needs, propose interesting solutions, and look for opportunities for further cooperation.

Participate in interesting marketing projects and tenders - boredom? Not with us!

Monitor the entire process – deadlines, quality, details, and communication, so that the client receives exactly what they need.

Co-create the development of our gadgets department – you will have a real impact on the offer, way of working, and the development of this part of the business.

Who are we looking for? You have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and know the promotional gadgets market.

You look through the eyes of the client and tailor the offer to their needs.

You act independently and are well-organized – you can handle several topics at once.

You like people and can build lasting business relationships.

You know Excel and PowerPoint – you don't have to be a master, it's enough that you can get by 😉.

You know English at B1–B2 level – it will be useful in contacts with clients and suppliers.

Interest in eco-design and CSR will be a plus – it is important to us!

Technical education or knowledge of printing is welcome.
