Project Manager (client service & production)

We are looking for someone who will bridge the world of the client with the world of production: leading a project from the first brief to delivery and ensuring that everything works perfectly.

What will you do? Lead end-to-end projects – planning, organizing, and monitoring execution, from brief to delivery.

Build partnership relations with clients – supporting them in achieving their goals, not just "servicing" them.

Manage order production – selecting technology, materials, and finishing, preparing quotes and specifications, so that the project is feasible, profitable, and completed on time.

Collaborate with printing houses and suppliers – negotiating terms, supervising execution from the production file and proof, through printing, to quality control and timely delivery.

Coordinate the work of teams involved in a given project – creation, DTP, and production, so that they work towards a common goal.

Prepare offers and presentations – showing what we are capable of.

Watch over deadlines, quality, and budget – reacting before a problem arises.

Track trends and suggest solutions to clients that they haven't even thought of yet.

Who are we looking for? You have at least 4 years in Client Service in an advertising or marketing agency – ideally in a role combining client service with production.

You handle end-to-end projects – creation, DTP, and production are one single process for you.

You are highly organized and work independently – managing several projects at once is your daily routine.

You have a head for numbers and an eye for detail.

You act proactively, with internal "drive" – you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.

You know English at a minimum B2 level – we work with international clients and, together with Altavia Baltics, we create the Poland, Nordics, Baltics cluster.

You are proficient in MS Office.

Knowledge of the printing and polygraphy market will be a major plus.
