Your role Within our Corporate Legal Department, you will act as a Corporate Lawyer to support the group's international activities. You will participate in the following missions: Preparation of Corporate legal documentation, particularly in the context of monitoring routine legal events (approval of accounts, statutory amendments, etc.).
Management of files related to foreign subsidiaries, in connection with the group's lawyers.
Participation in restructuring operations (contributions, mergers, capital reductions, etc.)
Participation in external growth operations (due diligence, participation in negotiations, drafting of deeds, and post-acquisition follow-up).
Active participation in the operational implementation of a new software for the monitoring and corporate management of the Group's companies.
Depending on your interests, you may also be required to work on social law or real estate law matters.
What you need to successfully carry out the mission: You hold a Master 2 degree in business law, corporate law, or equivalent.
With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a company or law firm, in corporate law.
Curious, rigorous, and possessing a good team spirit, you want to evolve in a stimulating and international environment.
Fluent English is essential.
Knowledge of or an interest in real estate law and/or tax law would be an appreciated asset.
