Your tasks
*Your role* As a true business partner, you support Altavia Group subsidiaries in France and internationally. At the heart of our operational legal department, your cross-functional vision allows you to manage various and concrete files:
- Business Law (including Competition Law, consumer law)
- Intellectual Property and Digital Law (notably artificial intelligence)
- Communication and Advertising Law
- Personal Data Law
Your main missions
- You draft and negotiate commercial contracts, in contact with operational teams,
- You answer questions from operational staff and perform legal consultations in these areas,
- You ensure the follow-up of litigation and pre-litigation
Requirements
What you need to successfully carry out the mission:
A legal professional with higher education (Master 2 in Business Law, Advertising Law, communication or digital law), you have proven expertise of between 5 and 7 years. An expert in contract drafting and negotiation, you must master the codes of the advertising or communication sector. In an international environment, your English is a daily working tool (a third language such as Spanish, German or even Polish would be a differentiating asset). Good knowledge of GDPR and/or insurance would also be strongly appreciated.
Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to combine legal precision and reactivity to support the growth of a group in motion.

A permanent contract (CDI) with a fixed salary over 13 months.
Teleworking 2 days per week possible.
