Your role As the conductor of production, you manage workflows across a complex multi-client scope. You act as the daily link between the client, the Chef de Publicité, and the layout team.
Your objective To guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and optimal quality, while providing sharp technical expertise in packaging.
Key Missions Project Management & Client Relations Manage global production, define priorities, and arbitrate emergencies across several budgets (multi-BU).
Manage direct client relations (in pairs with the Chef de Publicité) and ensure reporting (KPIs) to management.
Lead weekly internal meetings to optimize processes and workflows.
Packaging Execution & Technical Expertise Ensure the production of packs in strict compliance with clients' graphic charters.
Participate in optimizing production methods via automation in connection with the Outils team (templates, Illustrator/InDesign scripts, EasyCatalog).
Guarantee the quality compliance of all deliverables ("zero defect").
Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer Act as an advisor to junior layout artists: organize their work and support their skill development.
Formalize knowledge: create guides and share best practices.
Your profile Hard Skills & Techniques Education: Degree in Graphic Communication / Graphic Arts.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Packaging execution (mastery of the graphic chain is essential).
Software: Expert mastery of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Languages: Fluent English required (Minimum B2 level).
The "Pluses": Sensitivity to semi-automation (EasyCatalog), product databases, and the use of AI to optimize production.
Soft Skills Priority Management: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously under urgency. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Clarity and ease in communicating with various profiles (clients, technical, commercial). Rigor: Great autonomy and attention to detail to guarantee perfect quality.
