About the company

We are a global design agency based in Paris, specializing in Retail Design and Commercial Interior Architecture. Our mission is to design retail spaces, boutiques, and innovative merchant concepts that enhance brands and transform the customer experience.

Your tasks

YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Client Management / Agency Management, you are the guarantor of the operational success of the projects entrusted to you, from the initial brief to the delivery of the final design package.

A true conductor, you are neither a sales profile (prospecting) nor a creative (no design production). Your strength lies in coordination, organization, contractual monitoring, and the fluidity of exchanges between all stakeholders.

1. Client Management and Satisfaction (Account Management)

  • Briefing: Accompany the client (on-site or at the agency) to gather their needs, business objectives, and constraints
  • Primary Interface: Be the client's daily point of contact, reassure them, answer their questions, and establish a relationship of trust
  • Consulting: Support the client in their choices by drawing on your knowledge of the retail industry and its codes
  • Presentation: Organize and participate in concept presentation meetings alongside the designers

2. Operational and Contractual Management

  • Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce retro-planning (milestones, meetings, delivery of deliverables)
  • Contractual Monitoring: Ensure that deliverables strictly correspond to the scope of the quote and the signed contract. Manage out-of-scope requests (amendments)
  • Quality Control: Review and verify the completeness and quality of deliverables (presentation files, plans, detail books) before any sending to the client

3. Synergy and Coordination of the Design Studio

  • Creative Brief: Translate client challenges to the creative teams (Art Directors, 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Interior Architects)
  • Production Monitoring: Lead internal progress meetings, ensuring the team has all the necessary elements to work (architectural plans, graphic charter, etc.)
  • Mediation: Facilitate communication between budgetary/deadline imperatives and the studio's creative ambitions

  • You are familiar with the world of spatial and graphic design: you understand what a layout plan, an elevation, a moodboard, or zoning is
  • You master project management tools, office software (Office suite, collaborative tools), and are comfortable writing meeting minutes and specifications
  • Perfect mastery of English: you will be required to communicate with a multinational team

Personal Qualities (Softskills)

  • Organization and Rigor: You are methodical, capable of managing several projects in parallel without ever losing track
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You know how to show empathy and diplomacy, but also firmness when it comes to enforcing a framework or a deadline
