Maintenance Service Manager M/F - ALSTEF Group

Within the customer service department of the company ALSTEF MOBILE ROBOTICS, you will report to the Customer Service Director. As the AGV Maintenance Service Manager, you are responsible, for your services' activities, for the quality of the services provided and for the organization of the maintenance of AGVs in operation at our customers' sites, both in France and internationally. As a true head of maintenance, you will lead an organization structured around 3 technical units, with the mission of guaranteeing service quality and operational performance. You are recognized for your ability to unite teams, structure activities, and drive a continuous improvement dynamic.

In this capacity, you will:

• Manage and supervise a team composed of 2 maintenance team leaders, 1 ADV activity manager, and indirectly approximately 35 people.
• Ensure the proper execution of the preventive maintenance plan sold in contracts, while respecting the budget, schedules, and regulations (safety).
• Develop and manage the panel of subcontractors: training, methods, and reporting.
• Develop the use of the GMAO tool (root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, etc.) with a view to gaining competitiveness and developing the service offering.

With higher education, you have confirmed experience in managing technical teams, ideally in an industrial environment. Your transversal positioning requires very good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills. Equipped with strong leadership, your ability to organize activities and manage priorities, your rigor, and your versatility will allow you to successfully carry out your missions. Skills in maintenance engineering and/or initial experience in the remote management of industrial equipment would be appreciated. Occasional travel in France and abroad is to be expected. Proficiency in professional English is required.
