Project Manager - Business Manager M/F - ALSTEF Group

As a Business Manager, you will join the Projects Department to lead the implementation of complex automated solution systems for the intralogistics markets.

A true project manager, you will ensure the complete coordination of new projects designed to meet the industrial challenges of our clients.

You will be responsible for managing contract execution, from the order to delivery at the client's site, in order to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project while preserving the short and long-term interests of the Company.

In this capacity, you will carry out the following main missions:

• Coordinate and control the overall project delivery by managing interfaces and the consistency of information exchanges between different departments, interventions, and external supplies;
• Perform the general functional analysis based on the actual needs of the client, ensuring it is in line with the contract and the capabilities of the products or the system;
• Establish the general project schedule and organize the meetings that mark the project milestones;
• Participate in technical and/or commercial discussions with the client;
• Ensure the progress of the project in compliance with contractual, financial, and technical conditions. You have successful and significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position including project management, if possible in an industrial environment.

Your transversal positioning requires very good interpersonal skills and very good communication skills.

Your ability to organize activities and manage priorities, your rigor, and your versatility will allow you to successfully carry out your missions.

Travel of varying duration is to be expected in France and abroad.

Proficiency in professional English is indispensable. Proficiency in German or Spanish would be a plus.
