Your tasks

The role of the host/hostess within the front-of-house team is to ensure that all guests receive an amazing experience from their first point of contact with the team, whether that is on the telephone making a reservation or from the moment they walk through the door.

Requirements

You will have/be

• At least one year experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining concept.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality.
• Willing to go the extra mile in ensuring that the needs of all guests are met.
• A relevant hospitality qualification would also be desirable.
