Position: ITBP (IT Business Partner)

Location: CDMX

Your next challenge:

You will be the key strategic link between business brands, multidisciplinary teams, and the IT area. Your main mission will be to propose innovative technological solutions, requirements, and new projects oriented toward process optimization, generating savings, and new business ideas. Likewise, you will lead the delivery of new projects by coordinating internal and external teams, attend to key corporate areas, and ensure operational success through budget control.

You will have more possibilities if you have the following:

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in systems such as Aloha, Codisis, or similar commercial software.
• Knowledge of store operations through POS systems, understanding of branch business flows, financial indicators, and the complete Backoffice cycle (inventories, ERP, and sales).
• Experience in end-to-end project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams for the creation and delivery of Business Cases.
• Ability to interact with, understand, and address the technological requirements of corporate areas such as Human Resources, Legal, Audit, and Security.
• Strong skills in strategic vision, leadership, executive communication, negotiation, and results orientation.
