Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer (M/F)

Your tasks

Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will contribute to the definition, implementation, and improvement of the Quality management system, in compliance with customer and internal requirements.

Quality Control Plan

• Define, implement, and update control plans.
• Manage Quality documentation and train operators.
• Improve measurement methods and recording tools.

Process Improvement

• Participate in testing and analyze data.
• Integrate process parameters into control plans.
• Propose actions to reduce costs and support continuous improvement.
• Write defect-cause-remedy documents.

Statistical Analysis

• Perform capability studies and statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with workshops and management control.

Quality Problem Solving

• Manage non-conformities and write 8D reports.
• Lead problem-solving in the workshop.

Continuous Improvement & Certifications

• Drive continuous improvement actions.
• Integrate new requirements and support certification processes.

Quality Audits

• Perform internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field. You are proficient in the main Quality tools (8D, 5S, AMDEC) as well as the statistical methods necessary for steering and analyzing performance.

A professional level of English is essential to operate in a demanding environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
