Responsibilities and assignments

The Study Coordinator must perform the management of cosmetic clinical research projects:

  • Be able to manage the resources necessary for the development of safety and efficacy projects, ensuring the quality of data collection and compliance with pre-established standards;
  • Additionally, they are responsible for the management of people and resources of the research unit, promoting team engagement and the optimization of operational processes;
  • They must also be able to critically analyze research project designs and the data generated in the study;
  • It is also the responsibility of the Study Coordinator to prepare and check CEP dossiers, as well as all scientific documentation of the study, ensuring the application of Good Clinical Practices (GCP);
  • Monitoring studies in the testing room and resolving occurrences are also part of the daily routine of this role;
  • Providing scientific service and support to international clients is a primary task of this role, making it essential that the Study Coordinator is fluent in English, as they must hold weekly meetings with clients, attend international audits, and participate in alignments with teams abroad.

Requirements and qualifications

To work as a Study Coordinator at ALS, we expect you to have the following basic requirements:
