IT Support Engineer (Woodlands / Healthcare)

Working timing - Office hour Provide first-level IT support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and IT equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. Assist with user account setup, access management, and IT asset inventory. Support routine system maintenance, software updates, and IT documentation. Requirements Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software, and networking. Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
