As a succes... 1 TRAINEE RECYCLING - Process Engineer with employment in one of our recycling plants worldwide (all genders) These are your tasks Starting in October 2026, you will begin an international trainee program in the field of plastic recycling with us in Hard (HQ).

The goal of the program is to train you professionally and personally so that, after successful completion, you will take on a responsible position in one of our recycling plants worldwide. During your training phase, you will acquire sound technical, economic, and practical know-how in plastic recycling and implement this directly in national and international production environments.

As part of a 6-8 month on-the-job training, a varied program with the following focuses awaits you:

• You will get to know the entire process chain of plastic recycling - from sorting, washing, grinding, and extrusion to modern processing technologies.
• The trainee program specifically prepares you for a role as a Process Engineer. You will learn to analyze, stabilize, and further develop recycling processes in order to operate our plants efficiently and sustainably.
• You will support daily business and work with project managers on projects for the development of new recycling methods and material flows.
• Accompanied by experienced colleagues, you will take on initial responsibility for smaller projects and gain leadership experience. At the same time, you will gain insights into commercial aspects - from material procurement to the sale of rPET and rHDPE.
• Through assignments in our international recycling plants, you will deepen your practical knowledge and get to know our entire recycling ecosystem, including R&D, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks.
• The goal is to take over a technical position (e.g., Process Engineer) with responsibility for efficient, stable, and sustainable processes.

What you bring with you

• Completed technical Master's degree, e.g., in Recyclingtechnik / Abfallwirtschaft, Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Lebensmittel- or Verpackungstechnologie
• Motivation and a desire to shape things, to actively contribute to achieving our global goals
• Structured, independent way of working as well as a professional appearance
• High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
• Very good English skills as well as intercultural openness for working in international teams (further language skills are an advantage)
• High international mobility as well as interest in living and working in different countries in the medium to long term
