Responsibilities and duties Coordinate the plant's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and customer requirements. Lead the Quality team, promoting technical development, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the compliance of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring the effective treatment of non-conformities. Manage customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and analyze quality indicators, establishing action plans to improve results. Lead continuous improvement projects using tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, PDCA, and risk analysis. Ensure the effectiveness of process controls, inspections, laboratory tests, and quality monitoring plans. Coordinate qualification processes for new products, molds, raw materials, and process changes. Ensure the management and updating of quality documentation, procedures, specifications, and work standards. Promote integration between Quality, Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering for problem-solving and performance improvement. Support investigations of deviations, product holds, rework, and internal non-conformities. Act as the plant's main point of contact for quality-related matters with customers and corporate teams. Foster a culture of prevention, quality at the source, and a zero-defect mentality throughout the organization.

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education in Engineering or related fields. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Intermediate English. Experience in the plastics processing industry will be considered a differentiator.
