Responsibilities and duties

  • Check and analyze entry and exit records, identifying possible implementation errors that compromise correct bookkeeping in the system, aspects such as: registration data, nature of operation, CFOP, tax situation, fiscal classification, rates, calculation base, ICMS highlight, ICMS-ST and IPI highlight, exemption, suspension, and deferral messages.
  • Issue correction letters when inaccuracies are identified, distributing them to suppliers/customers and involved departments.

  • Be responsible for the credit control of the company's fixed assets.

  • Maintain spreadsheets for Entry Reconciliation, Exit, and Correction Letter Control with the objective of assisting the Fiscal Coordinator and managers in their monthly activities.
  • Analyze and study Tax Legislation with the objective of keeping internal procedures in accordance with the law.
  • Keep the sector's documents and reports organized and archived.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Completed higher education in Accounting, Administration, Law, Economics, and/or related fields.
