Production Manager (M/F)

Take command of a growing industrial site.

Our client, an industrial SME based in Toulouse and backed by a leading international group, designs and manufactures high value-added technical solutions for the aeronautics sector.

As part of its development, it is looking for its future Industrial Operations Manager / Production Manager (M/F).

Beyond managing production, you will be a key player in the industrial transformation and development of the site.

Your role

Reporting to the Site Director, you will take responsibility for all industrial operations and support the company's development.

As a true industrial right hand, you will operate across a broad scope including notably: production management, steering engineering and industrialization, coordination of maintenance, continuous improvement, structuring industrial processes, ramp-up and development projects.

You are the guarantor of the site's industrial performance in terms of safety, quality, costs, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

Manage and develop teams Unite and support multidisciplinary teams. Develop skills and grow local managers. Support change in a growth context.

Steer industrial performance Define industrial priorities. Optimize production flows. Deploy performance indicators. Steer continuous improvement plans.

Support industrial development Participate in technical and industrial choices. Supervise the industrialization of new products. Propose investments and the evolution of industrial resources. Work in close collaboration with the Bureau d'Études, Quality, Supply Chain, and Group teams.

Be an actor in the industrial strategy Contribute to the development of the site. Participate in transformation projects. Carry an industrial vision for the medium and long term.

You are an Engineer by training (industrial engineering, mechanical, materials, polymers, chemistry, or equivalent).

You have proven experience in managing demanding industrial production, ideally in an aeronautical, automotive, or any other industry with high quality constraints.

Beyond your technical expertise, you have demonstrated your ability to:

manage production teams and support functions; lead industrial transformation projects; support the growth of a site; work at the interface of production, engineering, maintenance, methods, and quality.

You are recognized for your leadership, your industrial vision, and your ability to decide and unite.
