Controllership and IR Analyst - Junior

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Controllership and IR Analyst - Junior. Responsibilities and assignments

• Assist in the monthly closing of results with strong interaction with the accounting team;
• Monitor the company's financial performance in relation to established goals and objectives, identifying risks and opportunities;
• Build and maintain financial dashboards in Power BI for KPI monitoring;
• Prepare financial reports and executive presentations in a clear and objective manner;
• Identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and propose solutions;
• Ensure the execution of internal controls for the area;
• Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure financial alignment in projects and initiatives.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
• Experience in building dashboards using Power BI for financial data visualization and analysis;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
