Your tasks: Support and advice for specialists and managers in all personnel-related matters for the Haßfurt location Independent processing of administrative HR topics from hiring to termination Creation of employment contracts, certificates, and references Independent processing of our applicant management Planning and implementation of various measures for employee recruitment Execution of HR controlling and creation of personnel statistics Cross-location representation in daily operations and in preparatory payroll accounting for the Haßfurt location Coordination and documentation of training needs and qualification plans Personnel development and succession planning Responsibility for occupational reintegration management Collaboration on specialist special topics and projects
Your profile: Completed commercial vocational training with further training in the field of personnel or a completed comparable degree Good knowledge in the areas of Recruiting, HR Controlling, and personnel development Confident knowledge in the application of MS-Office programs and Google applications Experience in dealing with ERP-Systemen Strong communication and teamwork skills High degree of loyalty and confidentiality Reliable and service-oriented appearance Independent and responsible way of working Good English skills in speaking and writing
